I will use a donut on almost all fine, thin hair styles. Long or short hair. All short hair girlies, thin or thick that want any type of bun to help eliminate those short layers popping out. Even for some girls with long, thick hair because it gives me a shape to work with. Once the donut is covered all I have to do is pin the hair to it!

Reasons why I use a sponge:

• The sponge is a dense, perfect base to hold the entire style for the long haul
• They form the shape of the bun for you, therefore you do not have to fight/over work the hair,
  all with no holes or lopsided areas!
• They create fullness for fine, thin hair that couldn’t otherwise make itself full
• Using hair sponges/donuts helps me move more efficiently and create updos faster.
